Treatment plans
Once your treatment plan has been agreed, we will provide you written details of your treatment plan
If this plan changes due to radiographic or clinical findings we will inform and discuss this with you Treatment plans and quotes are valid for 90 days from the date the treatment plan was prescribed
If there are any queries about your treatment plan please contact us before the appointments or treatment is started

Payment
Orthodontic treatment requires £500 booking fee before your impressions appointment can be made
All other treatment requires a 50% deposit before the appointments are made unless otherwise agreed
We accept cash, bank transfer and all major credit cards.
We do not accept cheque
5% discount is available on treatment plans over £1000 if paid upfront by bank transfer
All fees to be settled at the appointment where treatment is provided
All accounts must be settled before removal of braces or fitting of crowns, veneers and bridges
Interest free and finance plans plans are available
Refunds
If you have changed your mind about treatment, your deposit can be credited to your account to be used for future treatment as long as 48 hours’ notice has been given before your appointment otherwise you will forfeit your deposit
Assessment and diagnostic fees cannot be refunded
If you would like a refund, this must be requested at least 7 days before your appointment and will be subject to a 2% administration fee. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days
Refunds cannot be given once treatment has commenced
Late cancellation or missed appointments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation must be given
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee or up to £200 per hour (whichever is less) in the event of a missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
You can cancel by telephone or online via the link contained in your email confirmation
Late arrivals
e will endeavour to see you on time, however occasionally this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
We appreciate sometimes being late for appointments is unavoidable, and we will try and accommodate patients as much as possible if you let us know in advance
If you are more than 10 minutes late, please be aware you may be asked to reschedule your appointment
Privacy Notice
This privacy notice explains what Personal Data the practice holds, why we hold and process it, who we might share it with, and your rights and freedoms under the Law.
What personal data do we hold?
To provide patients with a high standard of dental care and attention, we need to hold their personal information.
This personal data can include:
Personal details such as full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, occupation and general medical practitioner
Past and current medical and dental condition
Radiographs, clinical photographs and study models
Information about their treatment that we have provided or propose and its cost
Notes of conversations or incidents that might occur for which a record needs to be kept
Records of consent to treatment
Any correspondence relating to them and other health care professionals, for example in the hospital or Medical Specialist
Why do we hold information about you?
We need to keep comprehensive and accurate personal data about patients to provide you with safe and appropriate dental care. We will ask you regularly to update your medical history and contact details.
Retaining information
We will store patient data for as long as we are providing care, treatment or recalling patients for further care. We will archive (that is, store it without further action) for as long as is required for legal purposes
Security of information
Personal data about you is held in computer system and/or in a locked manual filing system.
The information is only accessible to authorised team members.
Our computer system has secure audit trails and we back up information routinely.
Disclosure of information
To provide proper and safe dental care we may need to disclose personal information about you to:
Your general medical practitioner
Other health professionals caring for you
Private dental schemes of which you are a member
Medical Specialist or Public/Private Hospitals Disclosure will take place on a Íšneed-to-know basis
Only those individuals/organisations who need Data Privacy Protection Policy to know to provide care for you and for the proper administration of Government (whose personnel are covered by strict confidentiality rules) will be given the information.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Be informed about the personal data we hold and why we hold it
Access your data that we hold by contacting us directly
Check the information we hold about you is correct and to make corrections if not
Have your data erased in certain circumstances
If you do not agree
If you do not wish personal data that we hold about you to be disclosed or used, please discuss the matter with your dentist
You have the right to object; however, this may affect our ability to provide you with dental care
By booking an appointment you agree to the above terms and conditions
